The 30-Volume Oil Developer is to be used on-scalp, length & ends. Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer is to be mixed exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder. Directions for Use: Use exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder. Mix in 1:1 ratio (30g of powder with 30ml of Oil-Developer) for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired results.
