ORDERS

If your order status says processing we are working on packing your order and getting it ready to ship.

If your order status says completed you will have received either a tracking number via email or a “ready to be picked up” email if you placed a Click & Collect order.

If you wish to cancel/amend your order you must let us know ASAP via email at [email protected]. We will do our best to help you but we cannot guarantee amendments/cancellations as this depends on your order status. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to make these changes.

Our orders are dispatched in queue based on the time they are placed. If your order hasn’t already been dispatched it may be because there were orders ahead of yours in the queue.

Additionally some items on our website are stored at our alternate warehouses and may need to be collected from them before dispatch.

If you receive a product that is faulty/not working how its supposed to please contact us via email at [email protected]. We will work through the appropriate returns process for the item.

If the product is under warranty we will follow the warranty guidelines for the item as per the Australian Consumer Law. For more information on this please see our Returns and Warranty page.

We do our very best to ensure products are shipped with the appropriate packaging to protect them in transport. If you happen to receive something that is broken please contact us via email at [email protected].

If you are missing an item please contact us at [email protected] and we will locate the missing item for you.

If you happen to receive a product that is not what you ordered please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you resolve this.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including if the consumer found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it.

WEBSITE SUPPORT

The payment options currently available are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and AfterPay.

Coupons are applied at the checkout after the shipping selection in the box as seen below.

There may be a few reasons why your coupon isn’t working. First check that:

  • the coupon is valid for the date you are trying to purchase
  • you have entered the coupon with the correct spelling
  • you have met the minimum requirements for the promotion
  • the product/brands in the cart are included in the promotion

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is $9.95

Express Shipping is $20.

The estimated shipping timelines below are based on the day your order is dispatched not the day your order is placed.

Once dispatched Standard and Free shipping (Australia Post) may 3+ business days to arrive depending on your location.

Once dispatched Express shipping (usually Direct Freight) is generally between 1-3 business days (between Melbourne and Sydney Metro areas).

Regional areas may take longer due to limited courier accessibility.

*Please keep in mind that we use external couriers and are able to control shipping times and delays.

As shipping costs are calculated on weight and size, not just the location, furniture items will incur a higher shipping rate as the are larger and heavier than standard products.

Online orders* over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping. This is automatically calculated at checkout, no coupon required.

 

*Please not order total needs to be over $100 in the checkout not including shipping for the promotion to apply free shipping.

*All salon furniture is not included in free shipping. Furniture items may incur an additional freight cost which is dependant on the item and quantity.

*This is an online only promotion and is not avaliable in-store or over the phone. 

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this point in time (including New Zealand)

Click & collect

Yes, you can pick up your order by selecting Click & Collect at the checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected. Generally Click & Collect orders will be ready in 1-2 business days.

Yes, you can request to have someone else pick up your order by letting us know in the comments section at the checkout or if you have already placed your order you can contact us and let us know.

If you would like to arrange shipping for your order instead of click and collect you can contact us via email or phone and we can arrange the payment for the shipping option you would like to use.

TRADE ACCOUNTS

To register for a trade account you will need to go to the page linked below and fill out the registration form.

*Please note you will be required to upload sufficient trade documentation proof (eg. qualification certificate in Hairdressing, Barber and/or Beauty Therapy) for your application to be approved. A sole trader ABN will not be considered sufficient trade documentation.

Register

You will receive an email notification once your trade account has been approved.

*Please note all applications are manually examined and this may take up to 48 hours. 

If your trade account is denied or if you do not receive an approved notification after 48 hours your trade account may have been denied because you did not meet the appropriate requirements.

Proof of trade qualification as a qualified hairdresser, Barber, and/or Beauty Therapist is required.

A sole trader ABN alone does not provide sufficient evidence of trade in our industry and the application will be denied.

If you are having trouble logging into your trade account please ensure you are using the correct login details that you used in the trade application.

You can try a password reset if you cannot remember your password.

Unfortunately our online and in-store systems are different and data does not transfer between the two.

If you have a trade account in-store you will need to apply for a seperate trade account online using the link below.

Register

Unfortunately we do not offer extended trading terms. Although we do offer AfterPay as an alternative.

If you are logged into your trade account and cant see trade pricing it may be due to the following reasons:

  • Not all products and brands on our website have a trade discount.
  • You may have accidentally set up a standard account instead of a trade account. To set up a trade account you will need to fill out the application form using the link below.

OTHER

For liability and safety reasons we cannot assist in selection or give advice on professional use products for example but not limited to; colour, peroxide, bleach and other chemical services.

We recommend seeing your hairdresser to discuss the options for ALL professional hair services.

We are working hard to ensure that the website has all the products we have available online. We are still a small business so please bare with us while we do so.
