Gift Certificates

1. General Use

• 1.1 Salon World gift cards are redeemable exclusively on our website for the purchase of goods.
• 1.2 Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

2. Purchasing a Gift Card

• 2.1 Gift cards can be purchased online at www.salonworld.com.au
• 2.2 All gift card purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except as required by law.

3. Redemption

• 3.1 Gift cards must be redeemed in full or in part during checkout by entering the gift card code.
• 3.2 If the total purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.
• 3.3 Any unused balance will remain on the gift card and can be applied to future purchases.

4. Expiry

• 4.1 Salon World gift cards expire 3 years starting at date of purchase and have no fees associated with their use.

5. Limitations

• 5.1 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or reloaded.
• 5.2 Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• 5.3 Gift cards are non-transferable and should be treated like cash.

6. Fraud and Abuse

• 6.1 Salon World reserves the right to void any gift card if it is deemed fraudulent, obtained unlawfully, or used in violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law

• 7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria/Australia
