If your order status shows ‘Processing,’ we’re actively packing your order and preparing it for shipment.
If your order status shows ‘Completed,’ you will have received either a tracking number via email for shipped orders or a ‘Ready for collection’ email if you selected Click & Collect.
Our orders are dispatched in the order they’re placed. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, it may be due to other orders ahead in the queue.
Additionally, some items on our website are stored at alternate warehouses and may require extra time for collection before dispatch.
To cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@salonworld.com.au. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed and depend on your order status. If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to make any adjustments.
We take great care to package products securely for safe transport. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us at sales@salonworld.com.au.
For missing items, reach out to us at the same email, and we’ll locate the item for you.

While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please note that we rely on external courier companies, and factors such as demand and location can impact shipping times. This is particularly important during peak periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose—standard or express.
Shipping costs are determined by both weight and size, not just location. As a result, furniture items will incur higher shipping rates due to their larger and heavier nature compared to standard products.
Due to the size and weight of our furniture items, all furniture is exempt from qualifying for free shipping.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this point in time and only offer shipping within Australia.

If you’d prefer to have your order shipped instead of using Click & Collect, please contact us by email or phone. We can help arrange shipping and process the payment for your preferred shipping option.
Click & Collect orders are processed Monday to Friday and are typically ready within 1-2 business days. Orders are completed in the order they’re received, ensuring a smooth and timely pickup experience.
*Please note: While Click & Collect orders are not processed on Saturdays, if you have already received a ‘Ready for Collection’ email during the week, you may pick up completed orders on Saturdays between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please provide their full name during checkout. Orders will only be released if the name matches the one provided.

To register for a trade account please head to our Trade Memberships page and fill out the application form.
*Please note: You will need to upload 1 or more of the supported documents listed on this page in order for you account to be approved.
You will receive an email notification once your trade account has been approved.
*Please note: all applications are manually examined and this may take up 1-2 business days.
If your trade account is denied it may be because you did not meet the appropriate requirements.
Proof of trade qualification is required. You can see the list of accepted documents here.
*Please note: A sole trader ABN alone does not provide sufficient evidence of trade in our industry and the application will be denied.
Unfortunately we do not offer extended trading terms. Although we do offer AfterPay as an alternative.
